Laura Long - My intention is to have designs that concentrate on wood's natural forms and colors while frequently incorporating First Nation forms and patterns into steel bases and bas relief carvings.
Sammy Long - Many of Sammy's bronzes memorialize extraordinary Plains Indian figures that are woven into American history. Chief Joseph, Chief Left Hand, and Black Elk are among those in his oeuvre as well as animals and other people. The patinas on his works are excellent.
