I came to the San Juan Islands with my family 23 years ago, where I have enjoyed teaching students of all ages—always incorporating fine art into every experience. Now that I am able to pursue my passion for painting full time, the natural beauty here easily permeates everything I do. The Impressionist movement is also a big part of me, in my paintings, my mixed media/collage work, and in my most recent sculptural work .
